不同情境下创新项目关键成功因素间关系的研究

在不同情境下,创新项目关键成功因素应该有所不同,本研究探讨了不同产品创新项目类型与不同环境不确定情境下关键成功因素间的差异,研究发现不同创新项目的关键成功因素部份相同,部份不相同,而营销及研发部门的整合、开发能力、创新项目执行熟练程度等3项在两种创新项目中均为重要关键成功因素。高度创新项目需注重团队技巧、科研能力、项目管理者的能力与高层管理者的关心度等关键成功因素;低度创新项目则需要更注重营销能力因素。此外,本研究也发现不同创新项目类型与不同环境不确定性下的项目,其关键成功因素之间的关系也不同。

The Study on the Relations among the Key Factors to the Successful Innovation Projects in Different Situations

Recently considerable research efforts have been devoted to identifying the key success factors(KSF)for new product development (NPD)management practices.However,previous studies have not examined the similarities and differences of KSF under variety of types of innovation projects under different conditions and in uncertain situations.Team skills,technical proficiencies,project manager competency,top management involvement are more important to radical projects.Marketing proficiency is the most important KSF to incremental projects.For different innovation projects in different project type and environments and in uncertainty,the key success factors are also different.
