联供用能模式的热力学分析

本文以某抗生素原料生厂的用能系统为例,在现场测试的基础上,对企业现有用能模式进行了热力学分析,指出了这种用能模的不合理性;从按质用能、合理匹配的原则出发,提出了切实可行的联供用能模式,进行丁热力学分析;在分析、归纳测试数据的基础上,提出了评价企业用能模式的三个技术经济指标,并给出简便计算式。

A Thermodynamic Analysis for Combined Supply Model of Utilization Energy

This article takes the energy utilization system of a antibiotic materials production facto- ry as an example,on the basis of on-the-sport experiment,makes a thermodynamic analysis of the present energy utilization model of enterprises.It points out the unreasonableness of this kind of model.Proceed from the principle to utilization energy according to quanlity and to arrange reasonably,it puts forward a feasible combined supply model of utilization ener- gy,nad makes thermodymic analysis.On the basis of analysing and summing up the experi- mental data,it raises three technical economic indexes for evaluating the energy utilization model of enterprises,and gives brief colculating formula.
