摘    要:教师教学创新行为是教师为创设更为适宜学生学习的课堂情境而进行的行为创新,表现为教学行为样式的新颖及行为对学生成长所产生的独特而积极的影响。教学创新行为具有主体性、新颖性和行为影响的广泛性、深刻性等特征。

Abstract:Teacher's innovation in teaching is behavioral innovation for teachers to set an environment that is fit for study. The values of creative behaviors were manifested by its originality of the behavior model, and its positive influence on the development of students. Characters for the innovation include subjectivity, originality, and universality and profundity of its effects.
