论我国劳动关系三方协调机制的法律保障

摘    要:劳动关系三方协调机制是规范和协调劳动关系的有效途径.目前,我国劳动关系三方协调机制的职能尚不完整,运行中还存在着一些制约因素,而缺乏法律保障是我国劳动关系三方协调机制存在不足的重要原因.为了加强我国劳动关系三方协调机制建设,充分发挥其在协调劳动关系中的重要作用,对我国劳动关系三方协调机制的法律保障提出一些建设性的意见,以期完善我国劳动法律体系,发展和谐稳定的劳动关系.

Abstract:The labor relationship three-party coordination system is an effective route, which regulates and coordinates the labor re- lationship. Currently, the functions of our country's labor relationship three-party coordination system are not complete and there are some restricted elements. The reason why labor relationship three-party coordination system is not sound is that there is lack of law pro- tection. In order to strengthen labor relationship coordination system construction and develop its function in coordinating relationships, the paper puts forward some construction advice on the law protection of labor relationship three-party coordination system in order to better the labor law system and develop a harmonious and steady labor relationship.
