略论江泽民的“三农”思想

江泽民通过总结新中国成立以来的经验教训,结合新时期出现的新问题,提出了一系列解决“三农”问题的新思想。主要内容包括:(1)农业在我国经济社会发展中具有基础地位和战略作用,要坚定不移地把农业放在国民经济的首位;(2)解决“三农”问题必须坚持党的领导、统筹城乡发展、尊重农民的首创精神和调动农民的积极性;(3)大力实施科教兴农,按照建立社会主义市场经济体制的方向深化农村改革,切实增加农民收入,减轻农民负担。

On JIANG Ze-min's Theories about the "Three Rurals"

By summarizing the experiences and lessons since the foundation of new China and combining the new problems having appeared in the new period,JIANG Ze-min put forward a series of new theories for solving the problems concerning with the "Three Rurals".His theories mainly include the following:(1) Agriculture holds the basic position and play the strategic role in the development of our country's economy and society,so we should put agriculture at the most important position in our national economy;(2) To solve the problems of the "Three Rurals",we must stick to the lead of the Party,plan the development of cities and rural areas carefully,pay attention to the creative spirit of the peasants and fully exert the activity of the peasants;(3) To carry out the policy of developing agriculture on science and education,deepen the rural reform,increase the peasants' income really and reduce the peasants' burden are the important strategies of solving the problems concerning the "Three Rurals".
