| 摘 要： | 翻译的职业化使职业翻译教育的重要性日益提高。职业翻译教育的最终目的是提高译者的综合素养。本文探讨译者综合素养是翻译能力和译者素质的结合,并对译者素养的内容进行详细分类,对如何在职业翻译教育中培养译者的综合素养提出建议,最后分析目前仍存在的不足和未来的发展方向。
