摘    要:社会工作课程实践教学是学生掌握专业知识技能的必要环节,教师在认识实践教学意义的基础上,熟练社会工作实践教学的组织过程是达成教学效果的保证.本文以该专业学生组成的"辅康乐"实践教学小组为例,展现了社会工作实践教学的组织过程,并对教学过程进行了相应总结.

Abstract:The practice teaching of social work is necessary for the students who want to master professional knowledge and skills.Based on understanding the significance of practice,teachers grasped skillfully the organization process of social work practice are guarantees of teaching performance.This article takes the "fukangle" practice group for an example,shows the process of teaching organization and the corresponding suggestion of teaching process.
