| 摘 要： | 社会工作课程实践教学是学生掌握专业知识技能的必要环节,教师在认识实践教学意义的基础上,熟练社会工作实践教学的组织过程是达成教学效果的保证.本文以该专业学生组成的"辅康乐"实践教学小组为例,展现了社会工作实践教学的组织过程,并对教学过程进行了相应总结.
