| Abstract: | This thesis aims at analyzing the classification of the same entries in Modern Chinese Dictionary and Modern Standardized Chinese Character Dictionary . By comparing the number of the same entries between the two dictionaries, this thesis intends to explore the types of variance with statistical figures. The differentiation of homonyms from polysemants by observing the fluctuation frequency of the classification of meaning under the same entries is also examined. |
