| 摘 要： | 俄罗斯联邦图书馆政策思想跟俄罗斯联邦文化、信息、教育等政策思想有着不可分割的联系。作为国家文化遗产的形式，图书馆馆藏中拥有国家文化政策思想的一部分，而建立统一的俄罗斯联邦信息空间的政策思想不但对俄罗斯联邦图书馆自身的发展有着深远的影响，也促进了俄罗斯联邦公民社会的建立。

| Abstract: | The library policy thought of the Russian Federation has an indispensable link with its cultural,informational and educational policy thoughts.As a form of cultural heritage,library collections compose a part of the Russian cultural policy thought. Therefore,the establishment of a unified informational spatial policy thought would not only exert a profound influence on libraries' development,but also promote the formation of the Russian Federation as a civil society. |
