| 摘 要： | 区际法律冲突来源于一国之内不同的法域,在我国实际存在四个法域,我国不同法域的区际冲突有其特殊性,这种特殊的区际法律冲突影响着我国区际私法的发展,影响着我国区际法律冲突的解决,虽然欧盟的法律冲突是一种特殊的法律冲突,但是其解决方法对我国有很大的借鉴意义。

| Abstract: | Interregional conflict of law come from different jurisdictions in one country.In China,with the features of one country,two systems,we have triple law systems for four jurisdictions,this particular interregional conflict of laws affecting the solution and the development of our regional private law.Although the EU is a special kind of conflict of laws,but the solution can give us a great reference to our country. |
