高职院校职业指导与工学结合的“双螺旋”理念探索

一方面，高职院校的职业指导工作遭遇难题；另一方面，高职院校的工学结合人才培养模式虽硕果累累，但校企双方都出现了“不适应”现象。究其原因，是职业指导的缺位、职业指导与工学结合的“两张皮”现象所致。因此，探求职业指导与工学结合的“双螺旋”理念是爷出路：首先，“三位一体”实现职业指导的师资提升；其次，“链式设计”实现职业指导在校的全程服务；再则，“渗透交融”，实现工学结合的职业指导。从而，高效培养学生职业素养，实现职业指导与工学结合高度融合的双赢效果。
