| Abstract: | This paper aims at providing some ideas for the scientific implementation of sportsman mental skills training. Drawing on the experience of related researches, it proposes the advantages of implicit learning approach in athlete mental training, then proposes some suggestions on the improvement and evaluation of the mental training. |
