| 摘 要： | 新型教师教育体系对教师教育提出了多元化、专业化、现代化的基本要求,在这一形势下,地方师范院校不断推进学科结构向综合化、专业设置向多元化、人才培养模式向合理化的转型,呈现出积极加强课程体系改革,创新人才培养模式,推进教师队伍建设,不断向“综合化”发展的趋势。

| Abstract: | The new-type teachers' education system has made basic demands for pluralism,specialization and modernization on teachers' education.Under this situation,the local normal universities and colleges are constantly advancing the transition-the disciplines are more comprehensive,the specialities are more pluralistic and the personnel training modes are more rational. There presents a synthetical development trend which includes strengthening the subject system reform,innovating in personnel training mode and furthering the building of teaching staff. |
