直肠癌超低位与低位吻合术后排便功能对比研究

目的比较直肠癌超低位吻合与低位吻合术后的排便功能。方法对54例低位直肠癌患者按手术方式分为低位吻合和超低位吻合2组,术后3月通过问卷调查统计患者的肛门控制力、便意及排便感觉,综合评价排便功能。比较组间排便功能的差异。结果超低位吻合组与低位吻合组比较发现：肛门控制力没有明显差异（P〉0.05）;排便感觉和便意,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）;排便功能差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论超低位吻合术后排便功能弱于低位吻合;超低位吻合术是治疗低位直肠癌的首要选择。

Comparison on Defecation Function after Extra Low Position Anastomosis and Low Position Anastomosis Operations for Rectal Cancer

Purpose：Comparison of defecation function after extra low position and low position anastomosis operations for rectal cancer.Method： carry out questionnaire survey on 54 rectal cancer patients three months after operation.Patients are divided into two groups according to the way of operations（extra low position anastomosis and low position anastomosis） to get the data on their anus controlling capability,defecate desire and defecation feeling in order to overall understand defecation function and compare defecation function between groups.Results： comparison between extra low position anastomosis operation and low position anastomosis operation shows that：（1） there is no significant difference on anus comtrolling capability（P〉0.05）.（2） difference on defection feeling and defecate desire is significant enough with statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.（3） difference on defecation function is significant enough with statistics meaning（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：（1） defection function is weaker after extra low position anastomosis operation than that after low position anastomosis operation.（2） extra low position anastomosis operation is the prior option to cure lowposition rectal cancer.
