| 摘 要： | 通过测试合成了三种吡啶基三唑类化合物:3-吡啶基-4-氨基-5-巯基-1,2,4-三唑(1)、3-吡啶基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑硫乙酸甲脂(2)和3-吡啶基-4-氨基-1,2,4-三唑硫乙酸(3),对其进行了元素分析、红外、质谱等结构表征;生物实验表明化合物1对某些细菌和真菌具有一定的抑菌活性。

| Abstract: | Three pyridyl triazoles：3-pyridinyl-4-amino-5-mercapto-1,2,4-triazole（1）,3-pyridinyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole thiomethyl acetate（2） and 3-pyridinyl-4-amino-1,2,4-triazole thioacetic acid（3）,were synthesized and characterized by EA,IR and MS.The biological test shows that compound 1 possess inhibiting effects on some bacteria and epiphyte. |
