| Abstract: | Because of the low social positions of the librarians of colleges and universities,many librarians have feelings of inferiority,and do not keep their mind on their professional work.The libraries of colleges and universities are short of the librarians,and even the faultage of personnel appears in the libraries.The essay ascertains the formation,causes,impact and modulating methods of the sense of inferiority. |
