| 摘 要： | 健全和完善劳动力市场是社会化大生产和社会主义市场经济发展的客观要求，是完善市场体系的关键。目前，健全和完善劳动力市场还面临着理论的、体制的、二元结构、社会保障体系和法律、法规不健全等方面的障碍，对此，必须采取解放思想、统一认识、深化体制改革、变二元经济结构为一元结构、完善社会保障体系和健全法律法规等相应的对策，从而把劳动力市场真正健全和完善起来。

| Abstract: | t is the objective requirement of the development of the large-scale socialized production and market economy and the key to improving the market system to perfect the labor market which is,at present,facing obstacles from the econoimic theories,the economic system,the diadactic structure,and the imperfections of the social security system, law and regulation systems.If we really want to perfect the labor market,we must emancipate our minds,seek unity of understanding,deepen the structural reform,change the diadactic economic system into a unitary regulation system. |
