| 摘 要： | 随着经济社会和高等教育的发展,思想政治教育已经从政治逻辑逐渐向专业逻辑转移,辅导员专业化成为队伍建设的内在诉求和时代要求。在辅导员专业化初始阶段,要着力解决辅导员专业定位、专业标准及其实现路径问题,从而推进辅导员队伍的健康、持续发展。

| Abstract: | Along with the development of social economy and higher education,the ideological and political education has turned from the political perspective to the special logics.The demands of the interior and the times for developing the team are in urgent need of specialization of counselors.In the elementary stages of specializing counselors,the issues of the orientation,standard and achievement should be concentrated on in order to promoting the sustained and sound developing of the team of the counselors. |
