CDIO理念下机械类生产实习改革研究与实践

生产实习是教学计划中一个重要的实践性教学环节,主要任务是培养具有创新精神和实践能力的高级专门人才。随着科技的不断进步,新技术新企业不断出现,为了适应时代发展的需要,必须不断改革教学内容、课程体系、教学方法和教学手段。生产实习仍然是薄弱环节,达不到应有的教学效果。针对这种情况,对传统的生产实习模式进行了改革,基于CDIO理念采取了以校外大型钢铁公司（鞍山钢铁公司、宝山钢铁公司等）为主以校内省级工程研究中心和大学科技园为辅的生产实习模式,强化实习过程监控和实习质量管理,并通过实践证明该模式有利于提高教学质量和学生的综合素质。

On production practice teaching reform model by CDIO concept

The production practice of the teaching program is an important part of the practical teaching; the main task is to foster an innovative spirit and practical ability of the high-level expertise.As technology advances,new technologies,new businesses emerging,in order to meet the needs of development of the times,we must continue the reform of teaching contents,curriculum,teaching ways and teaching methods. Production practice is still weak,failure to achieve teaching effectiveness. In view of this situation,we practiced on the traditional production model of reform,based on the CDIO philosophy,we adopted the mode of pro-duction practice which takes the large iron and steel company （Anshan Iron and Steel Company,Baoshan Iron and Steel Company,etc.） as the main form. The provincial level engineering research centers and science and Technology Park of the university as the supplement,we strengthen the monitoring of internship process and the quality management of practice. Through the prac tice we proved the model would help improve the quality of teaching and students overall quality.
