教学实验设备使用与管理的优化

分析了目前高校教学实验设备利用率低的几个原因,如实验教学课时少、管理模式陈旧、实验教师和技术人员配备不合理等。提出实验设备使用方面的优化措施,包括做好仪器设备的选型与配置、实验室建设的规划与论证、提高实验教学人员的业务能力和实验室开放;在管理方面的优化措施包括做好仪器设备维修、制定规章制度、更新管理手段及资源共享。
