化妆品类样品微萃取前处理技术和色谱分析测试

摘    要:针对化妆品中防腐剂测试需求,开发了紫外光聚合快速制备聚乙二醇高分子涂层固相微萃取器的技术,用于色谱测试的快速样品前处理。该技术有效地降低了测试的总体成本,提高了测试效率,在大量实际化妆品测试中获得了很好的应用。

Abstract:A solid-phase microextractor(SPME) was fabricated through UV-induced polymerization of poly(ethylene glycol) diacrylate for enrichment of parabens in cosmetic products before chromatographic analysis.The efficient and low-cost extraction technique was successfully applied to analysis of large number of cosmetic products.
