| 摘 要： | 大型仪器设备利用率低的问题引起了重视,设立大型仪器设备开放基金则是有效措施之一。对各高校开放基金的运行情况进行了对比总结,详细阐述了重庆大学大型仪器设备开放基金的设立目的、运行模式、成效和存在的问题,并在调研的基础上对存在的问题提出了解决措施。

| Abstract: | Wih the increase of the amount of large-scale instruments,the low utilization ratio of large-scale instruments is paid more and more attention.All universities take measures to solve the problem,the large-scale instrument open fund is one of effective measures.Comparing and analyzing the open fund of all universities,stating the purpose,mode,achievement and problem of open fund in Chongqing University,this article puts forward solution for those problems,ascertaining developed direction in the future. |
