| 摘 要： | 以企业设备维护外包的发展为背景,对选择性设备维护外包进行了分析。定义了其内涵及决策基础,提出了将维护需求分析与维护能力识别相结合的资源选择方法。以设备的分类为重点,结合维护业务与维护能力分析,给出了决策过程的具体分析流程。

| Abstract: | Based on the background of the development of equipment maintenance outsourcing, the selective equipment maintenance outsourcing is analysed in this paper. The connotation is defined, and the basis of decision-making is analyzed. Maintenance requirement analysis combined with maintenance ability recognition is used in making decision. The equipment classification combined with maintenance business and maintenance ability analysis is used to make maintenance outsourcing decision. Thus, a detailed analysis process is shown in this paper. |
