| 摘 要： | 道德与法律是相对矛盾的，有诸多的不同：产生的历史不同、作用方式不同、界定标准不同等；但二者又有许多趋同之处：维护社会秩序、互相渗透、相同的价值观等，它们都是建设社会主义国家不可缺少的手段和方式．

On the other hand, they have many convergences, such as, maintaining social order, infiltrating each other, having same notions of value and being the inseparable means to build ,socialist country. |
