| 摘 要： | 《申论》考试,是具有模拟公务员日常工作性质的能力测试。阅读给定的背景材料是其中最基础的环节。在阅读的基础上,首先领会命题者的意图;其次把握好材料之间的逻辑关系;第三,学会思辨性思维,来斟酌材料,选准突破口;第四,在杂乱的材料中要把握好主次关系。唯此,才能把握好给定的材料。

| Abstract: | Exam on analysis and argument is an ability test which imitates public servant's daily work. Reading the given background material is the key link. On the basis of reading, first, understand the aim of exam setters, then clear the logic relation among materials, the third, learn to identify materials with reasoning thinking and choose right gap, the fourth, grasp the major and minor relation among incoherent materials. The given materials could only be grasped in these ways. |
