Information system is the essential content of management. It not only includes extensive contents, but also has strong practical manipulation. So it is both knowledge and an art. This paper tries to analyze the barrier problems in information system, and put forward some proposals to deal with information system barriers. The paper, on the ground of common barriers in information system, applying some theories of organization designing, analyzes the barrier of organizational reason in existence of these barriers in information communication. Then it, from the perspectives of the common, the monitors and managerial institution, comes up with suggestion to eliminate the barriers.
