| 摘 要： | 本文根据历史上福建海岛地区自然灾害发生状况,分析了该地区自然灾害特征和这些特征发生的原因,深入探讨福建海岛地区主要自然灾害发生规律和危害。据此提出工程防御和非工程防御的综合对策。
