社会转型期群体性事件产生的心理原因探析

我国正处于社会转型时期，群体性事件时有发生，其性质属人民内部矛盾，具有自发性、失范性、复杂性、可变性、情绪性等特点。产生的原因既有社会环境、政策等宏观方面的因素，也有个体、群体心理等微观方面的因素。建立理性化的社会沟通系统、快捷灵敏的预警机制和采取果断稳妥的控制方法，是有效预防和平息群体性事件发生的重要措施。

Psychological Analysis to the Causes of Collective Events in the Transition Period of Society

Collective events often happen in our country which is in the transitional period. The nature of collective events is contradictions among the people, and the characteristics of them are spontaneity, losing the plasticity, complexity, changeability, mood, etc. It happened not only because of macroscopical respects such as society environment, politics, etc, but also because of micro respects such as individual psychology and collective psychology. The effective measures to prevent and calm down the collective events are to create the rational social communicative system , set up the early sensitive warning mechanism and take safe control measures.
