| 摘 要： | 加强市级培训机构建设是促进教师队伍专业化的重要保证。针对目前市级师资培训机构建设存在着的“软肋”状态，要提高认识，重视市级培训机构建设；加强市级培训队伍建设，促进培训队伍专业化；推动内部改革，促进培训管理科学化、人本化。
