| 摘 要： | 面对经济发展和社会转型带来的文化多元和价值冲突的道德困境,人格教养意义凸显,良好的道德人格既可以抵御各种不良社会习气的外在诱惑,又可以在道德相对主义和道德虚无主义的冲击下保持人的内在品性.而人格教养的重要方面就是精神空间的去蔽与敞开.即通过教育和环境的熏陶去除青少年心日中过于自我化、性情化和功利化的东西,敞开个体的心灵世界,在自我悦纳的同时并悦纳他人,达到个体与类的统一,进而达到与世界整体的统一.具体的实现途径包括:提高道德教育的层次、追寻教育的本体;引导、培养青少年读书、读好书;重视闲暇教育等.

| Abstract: | Economic development and social changes have brought about the clashes of cultural diversity and value conflicts.The culture of personality becomes prominent,for moral helps keep inner virtue against hypocracy and relativitism.Open mindedness is an important aspect of personality in ridding youths of selfishness,emotion and utilitarianism.Specific ways include upgrading of moral education,leading the youths to read good books,and improving the spare-time education. |
