| Abstract: | Nowadays,the problem of the standard of the justice has become an increasingly important topic in the fields of ethics,philosophy,politics, and economics and so on.However,different thinkers hold different views on what the standard of the justice is.Marx's thought of the standard of the justice is on the basis of historical materialism,and is essentially different from Rawls's liberalist views of the standard of the justice. |
