| 摘 要： | 在主要是西方国家的高等教育大众化过程中,其高校入学考试制度的变革总体上是在保证适宜质量的基础上,提供均等的入学机会,使考试面向所有高中毕业生,甚至包括有接受高等教育意愿的社会人员,并考虑不同考生的特点。

| Abstract: | In the course of popularized higher education, particularly in the western countries, where the general changing tendency of College-Entrance Examination is to provide equal chances on the basis of guarantees about proper quality, as makes the exam face all junior graduates even including the social members who have the intentions of receiving higher education. And examinees differences are also taken into account. |
