| Abstract: | This article first analyzes the challenges and the new managerial problems brought by knowledge economy, takes a new look on the notion of knowledge, clarifies the differences between dominant knowledge and recessive knowledge,and based on these,puts forward the tasks and objectives of KM. In the last section , the authors introduce some strategies and tools for KM that have already been put into practics. |
