| Abstract: | ??The development of computer and coramunication technology creates a favourabis condition for the net- working of documentation and information work. The preliminary study and some preparation work have been made by Lanzhou Documentation and Information Cxntre, CAS according to the Development Project (from now to the year 2000) for the construction of the Catalogs database of monographies in western languages in recent years. The work done is sumrnerixed and the issues are presented. |
