| 摘 要： | 构建社会主义和谐社会,是党的十六届四中全会明确提出的一个新的重要思想和战略任务。这一重要思想和战略任务能否实现,关键在于“三农”问题的解决。本文试图从社会学的角度分析解决“三农”问题的重要性和紧迫性,探讨“三农”问题存在的内在根源,提出解决“三农”问题的新思路。
