| 摘 要： | 淮南职业技术学院依托煤炭企业,在建立煤炭行业技能型人才培养模式的基础上,基于不同专业实施产学研结合、订单培养、工学结合等多元化的人才培养模式。基于工作过程,重组煤矿主体专业课程体系,并重新构建质量标准和考核评价方法,保证人才培养模式的实施。
