| 摘 要： | 深入电子行业企业调研,开展职业岗位工作任务、工作过程及职业素质与能力要求分析,按照工作岗位定位、工作任务分析、工作过程分析、行动领域归纳、学习领域转化、课程体系形成的思路,构建基于工作过程的专业课程体系,并将创新能力培养纳入课程体系,通过开设《电子产品创新设计》课程以及在每门专业课程中设置职业能力拓展项目,并组织各种创新小组科技活动,保证创新能力培养贯穿整个人才培养过程。
