| 摘 要： | 澳大利亚在职业教育和培训方面是世界上最成功的国家之一,职业技术教育体系完整,在各个环节的建设上取得了成熟的经验,形成了鲜明的特色,对我国职业教育的发展具有一定的启示和借鉴作用。从实行全国统一的国家培训框架,形成独具特色的TAFE(技术与继续教育)体系,建立完善的评估体系(AQTF)保障教学质量,多元化的经费投入和市场化运作,师资采用专兼职相结合方式五个方面进行了分析,对促进我市职业教育的改革与创新,满足社会经济可持续发展的需求,具有借鉴意义。
