| 摘 要： | 辅导员工作是高校工作的重要组成部分，其成效直接影响着大学生的成长。而柯尔伯格的道德发展理论对加强辅导员工作具有重要的借鉴意义。本文简要阐述其重要的道德教育思想观点，结合当今新形势，提出多维度加强辅导员工作的新看法。

| Abstract: | Support tutor's work is an important component of the work in higher education.The effectiveness has a direct impact on the growth of the university students.And Kohlberg's moral development theory is of great importance to be used for reference in strengthening the work of support tutors.The article below expatiates briefly the rational moral education thought of Kohlberg combined with the new situation nowadays and brings forward new multidimensional perspectives in strengthening the work of support tutors. |
