| 摘 要： | 义务教育是我国政府针对全民实施的在小学和初中阶段进行教育的一项基本教育制度。在我国现阶段,政府有义务将义务教育免费化。要实现义务教育免费化,须结合我国现阶段的基本国情,制定合理的义务教育经费分担模式,并均衡东西部、城乡间义务教育资源。

| Abstract: | The compulsory education system is a fundamental education system operated by our government in the elementary school and the junior middle school for all of our people.In the present stage,the government has the duty to provide free compulsory education.In order to achieve it,it is necessary to find a suitable way to share the costs and to balance the resources between the east and west,the cities and countrysides based on the real situation of our country. |
