| 摘 要： | 在复杂科学视野下统观合并高校校园文化融合系统,可以看到此系统具有非线性、动态生成性、自组织性、开放性等特征。借鉴复杂科学的复杂性理论,可以指导我们树立合并高校校园文化融合的新理念,构建合并高校文化融合大系统,增强文化融合的科学性和实效性。

| Abstract: | Merged universities derive from blending independent colleges,which have their respective campus cultures.The unity of merged universities presupposes the blending of the different campus cultures.From the perspective of Complicated Science,the merged campus culture features nonlinearity,uncertainty,self-organization,openness and so on.Only with this awareness,can we take scientific procedures to construct a harmonious campus culture in merged universities. |
