大学生合理“增负”背景下加强和改进新时代高校体育工作的思考

2018年6月21日教育部在四川成都召开新时代全国高等学校本科教育工作会议,陈宝生部长强调,要推进“四个回归”,特别指出对大学生要合理地“增负”这一热点问题,结合近日中共中央办公厅、国务院办公厅下发的《关于全面加强和改进新时代学校体育工作的意见》中提出的总体要求和发展目标,通过调查研究、逻辑分析,对当前大学生合理“增负”的内涵以及高校体育在合理“增负”背景下增什么负、如何“增负”进行了分析和研究,同时提出了当前背景下高校体育合理“增负”的建议和具体措施。

Strenthen and Improver ths College Sports agaiast the Backdrop of Resonable Increasing Burden of Stndents

In this paper,based on the Ministry of Education held in Chengdu,Sichuan Province on June 21,2018,the Ministry of Education held a national conference on undergraduate education in new era,Chen Baosheng stressed that it is necessary to promote the four regression,especially pointed out the hot issue of reasonably increasing the burden for college students,and combined with the"comprehensive strengthening and improving school sports work in the new era"issued by the general office of the Central Committee and the general office of the State Council through investigation and logical analysis,this paper analyzes and studies the connotation of College Students'reasonable increasing burden and what and how to increase it in the context of reasonable increasing burden.At the same time,it puts forward suggestions and specific measures of reasonable increasing burden in college sports under the current background.
