摘    要:为解决我国学校体育缺乏以项目为基础的总体渐进式的课程衔接机制等问题,将不同学校阶段有机衔接,通过职能部门职能转变保障政策实施,最终形成完善的学校体育衔接制度。运用实地调研、文献资料和访谈等方法,依据制度建立保障体育实施、实施效果及时反馈和出现问题及时调整的逻辑。提出通过建立独立的体育职能部门进行程序驱动和数据驱动相结合的办法,来解决学校体育衔接不够的问题。职能部门需实施课程的监督与指导、体育资源整合、体育科技设备的使用和师生权益保障等内容,来完成学校体育衔接机制的构建。其核心的部分是完善以项目为基础的体育课程建设,各方的服务与监督指导都是围绕这一核心开展。课程建设中程序驱动注重课程细节,数据驱动注重分类和大数据。

Exploration on the Construction of School Physical Education Cohesive Mechanism Based on Data-Driven and Program-Driven

Abstract:In order to solve the problem of lack of project-based overall and gradual curriculum Cohesion Mechanism in school physical education in China,finally form a sound school sports cohesion system,organically link different school stages,implementation of safeguard policy through function transformation of functional departments.The logic of ensuring the implementation of sports,timely feedback of implementation effect and timely adjustment of problems is established according to the system,by using the methods of field research,literature and interviews.In order to solve the problem of insufficient connection of school physical education,it is proposed to establish an independent sports functional department to combine program driving and data driving.Complete the Construction of School Physical Education cohesive mechanism, the functional departments need to implement the supervision and guidance of curriculum,the integration of sports resources,the use of sports science and technology equipment,and the protection of the rights and interests of teachers and students.All parties’ services and supervision and guidance are carried out around this core which is to improve the project-based sports curriculum construction.Program driver pays attention to course details,data driver pays attention to classification and big data,in course construction.
