| 摘 要： | 为进一步完善企业流动资金贷款管理办法，针对银监会流动资金贷款测算公式的缺陷，将盲数理论引入测算过程提出了改进后的公式。将盲数理论应用于某企业流动资金贷款测算中，不但可以给出流动资金贷款的各种可能取值区间，而且还可以得到各区间相应的可信度分布。应用实例表明，该方法可行且测算结果可信。

| Abstract: | To promote the management of circulating fund loan in enterprises, an improved formula is presented by applying the Blind Number Theory in terms of the defect of the formula of circulating fund loan provided by China Banking Regulatory Commission. Applying the Blind Number Theory to the calculation of circulating fund loan of an enterprise can not only get all the possible range of values, but also obtain all the reliability of every interval. It is proved to be feasible and reliable. |
