| 摘 要： | 劳务输出，是欠发达地区的一项有利增加农民收入、转变农民观念的富民举措，也是加快农村劳动力结构调整和农村奔小康步伐，实现与全省同步基本实现现代化的重要途径。本文以衢州市的情况为例，就推进城市化进程中如何做好农村劳动力转移工作的有关问题进行了探讨和研究。

| Abstract: | Labour export is a measure taken by the less developed area to change farmers' belief and increase their income. It can adjust the rural labour system, and fasten the speed of becoming well off so that the rural area can keep pace with the modernization of the whole province. This article, taking Quzhou city for example, discusses the issue of handling the transfer of rural labour force in the process of promoting urbanization. |
