| Abstract: | Team construction of secretaries of students’ Party branches is the key of the construction of Communist Party organizations in colleges.This paper firstly analyzes the necessity of building secretary team of students’ Party branches under the background of Striving for superiority,and then puts forward the methods of strengthening team construction of the secretaries of Party branches in colleges to deal with problems in the team. |
