| 摘 要： | 国外天然气产业发展至今已有100多年的历史,国外发达国家的天然气产业已经建立了一套相对成熟的规制体系,并处于不断完善之中。文章对其在改革过程中经验进行了总结,希望能对中国天然气产业规制改革有所启示。

| Abstract: | Foreign natural gas industry has been developed more than one hundred years and has set up a relatively mature regulation system,which is in a continuous improvement stage.The author summaries the experiences in the reform process,which will bring some revelation to natural gas industry regulation reform in China. |
