| Abstract: | Unexpected events are the outstanding issues of affecting the stability of colleges and universities.Currently,enhancing understanding,rationalizing work system,strengthening emergency management,preventing effectively and responding actively to emergencies,are the imminent management plans of colleges and universities,which are also the key elements of maintaining campus stability and building a harmonious campus. |
