VA-90氢化物发生器测定痕量汞的研究

摘    要:研究了用VA-90氢化物发生器、SnCl2还原、冷原子吸收光谱法痕量汞的分析方法,优化了实验条件.该方法的特征浓度为0.46μg/(L.1%),精密度为S=0.0011,回收率为100%-105%.将该法用于测定湖南省株洲市清水塘工业区2个工厂及对照区6种植物叶片中痕量汞的含量,其结果与实际相符.

Abstract:The analysis method of determining trace Mercury in tree leaves by atomic absorption spectrometry after VA-90 gaseous atomization equipment with SnCl_2 reduction. This paper has applied the method to determine the concentration of Mercury in various tree species in some polluted factories and compared the polluted tree species with the tree species in non-polluted areas. According to the IP(Index of Pollution) of Mercury, classification assessment of environment in the polluted areas have been made. The classification result is consisting with the concentration of Mercury exhausted to the environment. Therefore, it has been proved this method is a good way in evaluating environment pollution by Mercury.
