论邓小平"阶段性"发展理论

Deng Xiaoping's theory of developing by stages is shaped on the basis of the theory of the primary stage of socialism, which is formed through the arduous exploration made by the second-generation leader group, with Comrade Deng Xiaoping at the core, and by the third-generation leader group, with comrade Jiang Zemin at the core. It sums up the experience, both positive and negative, of the practice of reform and opening to the outside world and the construction of the Four Modernizations of Socialism, and is the crystallized, collective wisdom of the Communist Party of China. It continues, enriches and develops Deng Xiaoping Theory.
